About the Role:
The role of Payroll and Benefits Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as overseeing the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, while serving as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries. Additionally, responsibilities include compliance reporting, documentation and recordkeeping, vendor management, workers' compensation administration, support during new hire orientations, and completion of assigned tasks with diligence and attention to detail.
